Full Salon started at a braiding salon in Washington, DC. It was built the old way: flyers, relationships, and partners down the street. Clients came back because someone remembered their kids' names and texted on their birthday.

That work is what keeps a chair full, and it is the first thing that slips when your hands are busy all day. So we built the system that does it with you.

Good to know.

Do you find me new clients?

No, and we will not promise that. Full Salon keeps and grows the clients you already earned. The growth tools (flyers, partner cards, referral links and the street playbook) help you bring in more, the way the best salons always have.

How does my texting number work?

Each salon gets its own local number. Phone carriers ask every business to register it first (called 10DLC). You fill in a short form during setup with your business name and address, and approval usually takes a few days. Until then, nothing stops: reminders go by email, and every text waits in Tap to text, so one tap opens your messages app with it written.

I am on Booksy. Do I have to leave?

No. Keep Booksy as long as you like. Import your Booksy client list in a few minutes, and connect your Booksy calendar (through Google Calendar sync) so those appointments show as busy here. Many salons run both, then move over when they are ready.

Who is this for?

Braiding salons first, and other hair services too: extensions, sew-ins, Senegalese twists, locs, silk press and wigs. It works best if you already have 100 or more clients in your phone or Booksy.

What does it cost?

The founding price is $149 a month, locked for life, for the first 10 salons in each city. Later waves pay $199. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

How many texts are included?

About 1,000 texts a month, fair use. That covers reminders and follow-ups for a busy salon. If a big month goes over, there may be a small extra charge, and we always tell you first.

How do deposits work?

You choose $20, $25, $50, $100, your own amount, or no deposit. She pays online to hold her chair, and it comes off her total.

What if my city is full?

Each wave has only a few salons per city so we can look after every one. Join the waitlist and you hear first when a spot opens.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from your Plan page. Your client list stays yours.
